Where will the Ahlan team meet the guest
The Ahlan team will meet the guest at the Arrival Gate, nearest to the aircraft, just after the aerobridge.
What assistance does the Ahlan team provide during transit
- Upon meeting the guest, the Ahlan team will escort them to the nearest transfer desk to collect the boarding pass and assist with luggage transfers if required.
- After completing transfer formalities, the team will escort and assist the guest to the boarding gate of the onward flight.
- If lounge access is booked, the guest will be escorted to the Ahlan Departure Lounge to relax before the next flight.
- For bookings with lounge access, the team will also escort the guest from the lounge to the flight’s boarding gate.

- Hot and cold buffet refreshments
- Wide selection of beverages
- Shower facilities available
Important terms and conditions (Transit)
- Luggage transfers are handled by DNATA at an additional charge, payable directly by the guest.
- For inter-terminal transfers (between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, or vice versa), the Ahlan team will assist with the necessary transportation.
- Service duration is limited to 3 hours; extra charges may apply if this time is exceeded.
- Transit service is not available at Terminal 2.
