Whether you’re transferring between terminals or within Terminal 3 the service provides fast-track assistance through transfer desk formalities, help with luggage transfers if needed, and escorting to the boarding gate for your onward flight. Additionally, it includes four hours of lounge access, featuring a hot and cold international buffet, beverages, shower facilities, and Wi-Fi.

Meet and Greet with Lounge Access on Transit
Inclusive of:
- Personalized Meet and Greet at the Arrival Gate
- Assistance with Boarding Pass Collection (if necessary)
- Assistance with Luggage Transfers (if necessary)
- Luggage Transfers are carried out by DNATA
- Ahlan Lounges (Terminal 3 Departures – Concourse A, B or C)
- Escort to the Boarding Gate of your onward flight
Ahlan team will meet the guest at the ARRIVAL GATE. This is nearest to the Aircraft, just after the aerobridge.
As soon as the guest is met, Ahlan team will escort the guest to the nearest transfer desks to collect boarding pass and do luggage transfers if necessary.
Once guest has completed transfer formalities, Ahlan team will escort and assist the guest to the Departure Lounge.
On the time of boarding, Ahlan team will escort and assist guest from the Lounge to the flight’s boarding gate.
