This service ensures a smooth and hassle-free transfer between Terminals 1 and 3, or vice versa, at Dubai International Airport. Guests are met and assisted through transfer formalities, guided between terminals, and provided with fast-track support for a seamless transit experience.

• Assistance with Boarding Pass Collection (if necessary)
• Assistance with Luggage Transfers (if necessary)
-Luggage Transfers are carried out by DNATA
– Additional charges may be applied, and to be settled by the guest directly.
-For Inter-terminal transit (Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 or vice versa) Ahlan team will assist the guest accordingly with the necessary transportation requirements.
