Where will the Ahlan team meet the guest?

  • Terminal 1: Area #5
  • Terminal 2: Departures Entrance 1 & 2
  • Terminal 3:
    • Economy Class passengers: Area #2
    • First & Business Class passengers: VIP Drop-off area
      If the guest prefers a specific meeting point, this can be arranged upon request.

What assistance does the Ahlan team provide for departures?

  • Luggage assistance from the departure drop-off point to the boarding gate (T1 & T3 only).
  • Escort and assistance through check-in, immigration, and security.
  • If lounge access is booked, guests will be escorted to the Ahlan Lounge to relax before departure, after which, the team will escort guests from the lounge to the flight’s boarding gate (T1 & T3 only).

  • Lounge access up to 4 hours
  • Hot and cold buffet refreshments
  • Wide selection of beverages
  • Shower facilities available

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Ahlan team is assigned 3 hours before the estimated departure time.
  • If contact details are provided, the team will call 4 hours prior to departure.
  • Terminal 2 Meet & Assist with Lounge Access is available only for passengers traveling with Flydubai.
  • Terminal 2 drop-off is at the bus boarding area.
