FAQ’s – Arrival Meet & Assist

Where will the Ahlan team meet the guest?

  • Terminal 1 & Terminal 3: The Ahlan team will meet the guest at the Arrival Gate, nearest to the aircraft, just after the aerobridge.
  • Terminal 2: The Ahlan team will meet the guest at the Arrival Entry Point, where the bus drops passengers from the aircraft.

What assistance does the Ahlan team provide upon arrival?

  • Guests are escorted from the terminal to Ahlan’s dedicated passport control counter (T1 & T3 only).
  • After completing immigration formalities, the team will escort guests to the baggage carousel area.
  • For Premium packages, Ahlan will collect the luggage from the carousel, identify the bags using the luggage tags, and place them for the guest’s final verification.
  • The team will then escort and assist guests to the airport exit to meet their receiver.
  • For Premium guests, assistance continues until the car park, where the porter helps load the luggage into the vehicle.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Guests will be handed over to their receiver at the meeting point. The Guest Service Agent will remain with the passenger for a maximum of 10 minutes after exiting the airport.
  • It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure their representative is present at the airport on time.
  • Luggage allowance: Up to 4 pieces per guest/family are included in the Premium package. Additional assistance may incur extra charges.
