Designed for mothers and children or single parents traveling with a child, the service provides personalized assistance, fast-track support through transfer formalities, and a guided escort for a comfortable and seamless journey between terminals.
Description
Inclusive of:
- Personalized Meet and Greet at the Arrival Gate
- Assistance with Boarding Pass Collection (if necessary)
- Assistance with Luggage Transfers (if necessary)
- Luggage Transfers are carried out by DNATA
- For Inter-terminal transit (Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 or vice versa) Ahlan team will assist the guest accordingly with the necessary transportation requirements.
- Escort to the Boarding Gate of your onward flight
Ahlan team will meet the guest at the ARRIVAL GATE. This is nearest to the Aircraft, just after the aerobridge.
As soon as the guest is met, Ahlan team will escort the guest to the nearest transfer desks to collect boarding pass and do luggage transfers if necessary.
Once guest has completed transfer formalities, Ahlan team will escort and assist the guest to the Departure Lounge.

Child : 3-12 years of age
